Birthday Parties

We love hosting birthdays! Ages 10 to 100 have a blast celebrating at Total Escape by solving clues and discovering adventure.

When you make your game booking, we’ll ask you if you are celebrating a special event. Just tell us you are celebrating a birthday, and we’ll know to hide a free T-shirt in the room for you!

PRICING / WHAT’S INCLUDED

ESCAPE ROOM EXPERIENCE: $30/pp (or $35/pp for 4 or fewer people)

T-shirt for the birthday celebrant: FREE (hidden in the game, only for children under 18)

Party Room: $30/hour (Subject to availability. There is a box you can check during the booking process to request the Party Room.)

Party FAQs

Do I need to book ahead of time?

Yes! Our games usually fill up, especially on weekends, so you will need to reserve ahead of time - we recommend at least one week. Full payment is required at the time of the booking.

How do I book my party?

You can book your party using our online booking service or by calling us at 336-747-1178.

How many people can we invite?

If you choose one of our larger rooms (Temple of Tikal or Yacht Heist), up to 10 people can participate. The Enchanted Forest and Prison Break can each hold up to 8.

What ages can celebrate birthdays at Total Escape? Does a parent need to be present?

We host birthdays for ages 10 and up. Since our puzzles are designed for adults, parties for children under 10 have difficulty progressing through the games.

For parties age 10-15, an adult is required to participate in the game with the group.

What about waivers?

We will need waivers for every participant, and for minors this means a parent/guardian signature. Shortly after you make your booking, you’ll receive an email with a link directly to your waiver. Share this with participants’ guardians ahead of time.
